Our Male Fertility MOT Package is designed to help you assess your fertility status without leaving your home. You must complete an online questionnaire using a laptop or smartphone as part of this fertility service package. After that, an online or in-office consultation will help determine the fertility assessments you need to do.
This at-home fertility assessment package for men will test the quality of your sperm cells using an app you’ll download to your smartphone. Additionally, it will include a sperm culture test to help you determine if there are common infection-causing microorganisms present in your semen.
After 15 minutes, you can access your semen analysis results through the ExSeed app. The results of the semen culture test will be sent to you via an email link to our secure patient portal within seven working days. You will be offered a follow-up consultation with expert advice regarding the next steps.

Our packages are designed for individuals who want to assess their fertility status with the intention to freeze their sperm.
Your first step is to select a package based on your personal circumstances. You will then be sent an online questionnaire along with the confirmation of your video consultation. Our specialist will have a detailed discussion at the appointment and will plan your next steps. She will also assist you in booking your subsequent tests. A complimentary follow-up consultation will be offered to discuss the outcome of your test results, to answer any further questions and to firm up a treatment plan.
IVF Matters is a UK wide, one stop fertility service. We offer top quality, personalised care at affordable prices. You can then take your test results to your NHS GP or continue further treatment with us.
You should observe 2-3 days of abstinence (no more than 4 days).
The Exseed app will display your sperm count and motility. The semen culture test will be performed by The Doctors Laboratory, UK’s leading laboratory service.
The results for the semen analysis using the home test kit is available within 15 min. The results for the semen culture test can take upto 7 working days.

IVF Matters is the 1st fertility service in the UK to offer interest-free payment plans for diagnostic tests. We offer 2 payment plans - Splitit and LayBuy.
Splitit enables you to pay with an existing VISA or MasterCard credit card by splitting the cost into interest and fee-free monthly payments, without additional registrations or applications. To be eligible, you must have the entire amount of your purchase available on your card. At the time of purchase, you will only be charged for the first payment. The remaining balance will be held on the credit card until the final payment is made.
LayBuy lets you spread the total cost over 6 weekly automatic payments. The first payment equal to one-sixth of the purchase price occurs once your order is completed. The remaining 5 payments are processed each week on the day of the original purchase. You will be required to log in to or set up a Laybuy account to use this payment facility. Selecting Laybuy at checkout will provide you an opportunity to register for an account.
