Yes. Our laboratory works in collaboration with the Superdrug Nurse Clinic. Call 0333 3111 007 once you receive your test kit to book an appointment at a clinic close to where you live. Take your personal ID and the test kit with you. An approximate fee of £40, payable locally, will be charged by the Superdrug clinic.
Alternatively, you can get your blood drawn at a local pharmacy. You will need to pay the blood collection fee directly to the pharmacy. Please take your test kit to the appointment and ensure the vial is labelled with your full name and DOB before returning it with the test form. I had 1 successful round
"I had 1 successful round of IVF with the NHS, following that I went back to the NHS for my Frozen transfer. I was given a protocol however it was cancelled as my body did not respond to the the treatment. I was then told that I should have a 2 month break and return to the same protocol. Feeling disheartened, i went in search for a second opinion. I found Dr Irfana Koita via a web search and booked an appointment for a second opinion. I was received in a very warm and friendly environment and Dr Koita listened to my story patiently. She has a very professional but also a very caring nature which comes across in her presence. I was instantly at ease. She explained my options, of which there were many, and assured me that with rigorous assessments along the way we can ensure the correct environment is created for our frozen embryo. It is very clear that Dr Koita is exceptionally experienced in her field and the treatment plan comes across as second nature to her. NHS wanted my body to fit around their fixed protocol however Dr Koita ensured that my protocol fitted around my body. I absolutely recommend Dr Koita for anyone on the IVF journey. We are ever so grateful to her"
There was a time when
"There was a time when I had no hope, feeling let down and really not taken seriously, that is until I spoke with Dr Irfana. The information and advice that she gave me were bountiful. Dr Irfana spoke to me in a way of understanding what I had gone through. Her explanations were on point as to her diagrams. She is very easy to speak to and with a welcoming smile. IHer knowledge is beyond what my own GP knows. I also like the fact that at whatever stage I am in this process Dr Irfana is only a phone call away. I look forward to meeting up with Dr Irfana again so until then I shall continue with what she has told me to do.
